Log in to your account (Customer Area)
Step 2
Once you are in the Customer Area locate Customer Services within the Navigate section and choose Create a new Ticket.
Step 3
Select your Fully-Managed VPS from the Expert Services options > Select the Expert Services that you would like to be performed on your server
Step 4
Our specialised team will assess if your server has the resources to support this request, and will work with you to understand your request and confirm if we can assist.
Step 5
Once confirmed, our team will action the request.
